Sucrosomial® Iron is a preparation containing iron pyrophosphate transported within a matrix of phospholipids and sucrose esters of fatty acids, which protects the entire Sucrosome® structure by preventing the release of iron in the stomach, a phenomenon that would preclude its proper absorption in the intestine, which is the tissue responsible for the absorption of iron.
